  • Management: The focus is on the overall plan. A planning template is used to expedite the process and home in on the key elements for execution. Emphasis is on ensuring alignment with the sales strategy and processes. Metrics and reporting is covered to ensure management goals are acknowledged and tracked.
  • Sales: We align with sales management on preferred sales methods including process and structure. We minimize disruption and distraction from existing, preferred processes and attempt to integrate tightly. Sales training programs can be implemented on site or over the web. Focus is on service, project sales and account management. Continuous sales coaching is an important part of our service. We often act as the sales leader's "right hand".
  • Technical Support: We act as an extension of your engineering and operations teams either supporting sales or the engineers themselves. Our team will help trouble shoot problems, consult on best approaches to assessing building performance issues, analyze data, build baselines and generally help drive deeper building data insights and deeper client relationships.

From entering and analyzing utility bill and other data to generating financial justification for project upgrades to regularly analyzing building data to drive ECMs, our team will fill the bill.
